SPIRAL ONE
NEW WORKS Metal and Acrylic Print Editions of select artworks.
Dear Doctors and Physicians
In 2012 a curiosity about the spurious use of the Caduceus as a symbol of medicine, led to my creating this Rod Of Asclepius, Symbol of Medicine, whose Asclepieia all over the ancient world educated luminaries like Galen and Hippocrates, from whose oath he’s been displaced.
20 bodies and 3 dozen heads evolved, shedding skins time and again. This exquisite sculpture is now complete. The Rod element may optionally be gilded with 24k moon gold.
Prints are readily available, the sculpture is by commission with a three week lead time. If interested please send us a note in the form below and send this link to your favorite physician. Thank you.
May the healing begin.
