An idea in 2012, born of the spurious use of the Caduceus as a symbol of medicine, led to my creating dozens of iterations of the Rod Of Asclepius, god of Medicine, whose Asclepieia educated giants like Galen and Hippocrates. The Rod is complete but for optional gilding of the staff. The artist favors high Karat moon gold with it’s warm silver appearance.
